For the first time: Charitable Organization «Charitable Foundation named after Khidiryana Oganesa Misakovycha» takes part in the philanthropist contest

The national competition "Charitable Ukraine" is the largest, annual all-Ukrainian competition, which is held with the aim of developing effective socially oriented charity, patronage and volunteering in Ukraine. The contest began its history in 2007, and in the "Charity Ukraine" format, it has been held since 2012.

Every year more and more participants take part in this competition. In 2019, as many as 1,131 applications were received in 24 nominations. Among the nominees are many well-known charitable foundations and enterprises, which is a good sign that social responsibility is becoming more popular in Ukraine.

This year, the regional stages of "Charity Ukraine" will be held in the following 11 regions: Lviv, Odesa, Khmelnytskyi, Donetsk, Kherson, Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Chernivtsi, Mykolaiv, Poltava and Zaporizhzhya. The administration of the competition aims to honor the best philanthropists, patrons and volunteers in the country and the region, their organizations, teams of institutions and organizations that have implemented significant charitable projects, as well as to publicly stimulate them to spread effective charitable practices. Dozens of charitable and public organizations, volunteer groups, individual benefactors, philanthropists and volunteers of the Poltava region, who in previous years were winners and laureates of both the national competition and its regional stage, through participation in it, increased their charitable capacity and introduced new and innovative forms of charitable help

That is why our Charitable Foundation, whose mission is to support the socially vulnerable segments of the population, help the talented young generation, and promote the spiritual development of the residents of Poltava Region, decided to take part in the "Charitable Poltava Region - 2020" competition for the first time. After all, the spread of effective charitable practices and projects created by the Foundation, its founders and partners in previous years, shows that the activities of the Foundation are not only a lot of actions and events, but also - making considerable efforts so that the desire for selfless help is the norm and the duty of everyone of us
