Pleasant reward - a prize place in the Regional competition “Charitable Kyiv Region -2023”

The Charitable Organization “Charitable foundation named after Khidiryana Oganesa Misakovycha” won the third place in the nomination “Charity in Education” in the Regional Competition “Charitable Kyiv Region -2023”. This award is a testament to our unwavering commitment to continuously provide assistance and support to all segments of the people in need.

Svitlana Korytska, Head of the Fund, shared her emotions and thoughts:

“When you start doing charity work, you begin to realize that you will not always receive words of gratitude for your hard work. At first, you get a shock from realizing that a lot of discontent is being poured on you. Then, a period of apathy begins, when you don't want to do anything. And finally, the realization that you are not doing it to get gratitude and support, but simply because you can't do it any other way - you are doing it primarily to help, without expecting anything in return.

That is why it is a thousand times more pleasant when there are people who understand the importance of your work, efforts and say the words of gratitude to the whole country.

As the head of the Foundation, which currently helps in several areas of public life, I am very pleased that our work and efforts have been noticed and recognized in the Charity in Education nomination of the Charitable Ukraine National Contest, because helping educational institutions, boarding schools and orphanages is an integral part and priority of our mission. We would like to thank the organizers of the Charitable Ukraine contest for the opportunity to attend a wonderful event, to meet and communicate with like-minded people, and for the high appreciation of our foundation's work. And, of course, a huge thank you and a low bow to our military, thanks to whom we start every morning. And we continue to work diligently and encourage everyone who cares to join our projects!”

The National Contest “Charitable Ukraine” is an annual all-Ukrainian competition established by the All-Ukrainian Charitable Organization “Association of Philanthropists of Ukraine” with the aim of developing effective socially oriented charity, patronage and volunteering in Ukraine through public stimulation of the best philanthropists, patrons and volunteers, their organizations and practices.
