St. Nicholas Day in the Territorial Center for Social Services in the Pyryatyn Area

On December 19, the day of the St. Nicholas Feast, the representatives of the Misak Khidiryan’s Charitable Foundation visited the Territorial Center for Social Services (center for social services provision) of the Pyryatyn Area. Indeed, these unstable days it is very important to preserve spiritual values and significance of the feast: the feat of faith of St. Nicholas, his mercy and love for others.

Oleksii Husak, Deputy Chairman of the Pyryatyn District Council, and Volodymyr Milenko, the Foundation Representative, presented New Year and Christmas gifts to the clients of the day care center. Serhii Zaichenko, the Center Director, thanked the philanthropists for their care and for the ‘Nikolaichiki’ (gifts intended for the St. Nicholas Feast) which included personal hygiene products, and expressed hope for further meetings and cooperation.

The clients of the Center of Social Activity presented the philanthropists with a festive song.
